Rose McCormick, for stealing bank notes, the property of John O’Neill, at Belfast; and John Lennon, for assault on said O’Neill. Both Guilty; McCormick to be transported 7 years; Lennon imprisoned one year. Belfast Commercial Chronicle, 30 July 1825.

Brothers 1, 1826, 7 years, catholic, ux Jno Mclachlan at residence of Jas Bowmans, Patricks Plains district. and John McLachlan, age 40, G.S. per Morley 1, 1816, Life, catholic, labourer to James Bowman, Patricks Plains. -------------------------------------------------- John McGlochlin, (McLachlan) an Irishman from Antrim, transported from Liverpool, where he was tried, in the ship Morley, and arriving in 1817, would have married Rose after her arrival in Brothers.
