Webster (2), Tried at Cork City, 11 Dec 1828, for Stealing a watch, 7 years. Lab. & Groom. Colonial Conviction: Gen. Sess. Sydney, 3 Aug 1830, Stolen Govt. blankets in possession, 3 years, Run. Run, 22 Nov1830. Description: John McCullock, native of Monaghan, age 26, 5 ft 6. Sallow comp. Brown hair, lt hazle eyes, catholic. Note: the year (1828) of his original conviction is incorrect, but this is how it is recorded in the original Moreton Bay register.
