A Barque of 393 Tons. Left Calcutta 1st Dec 1839 and arrived Port Jackson 22nd April 1840 via Port Phillip. Carried a cargo of sugar and 18 convicts shipped from Calcutta, four soldiers on board guarding the convicts. Of the 18 convicts 11 are destined for NSW. Two died of tuberculosis (consumption) and one had gone overboard and drowned while suffering from temporary insanity. Also onboard where the following Cabin Passengers :- Mr & Mrs Nails & Family Mr Cooper Mr Brown Mr Sparks Mr Hutchinson Mr Buchran.

Tried - Poonah Court Martial India 16th Aug 1829. Former Sentences - 800 lashes, 100 lashes. Description - Height 5'4", Hair dark brown, Eyes Hazel. Tattooed AMWMC and anchor on inside power left arm and WMAM on upper right arm.
