In the New South Wales census for 1828, Sarah Meehan (Brothers) was living at the house of Timothy Callaghan on Sussex Street, Sydney as a "Government Servant"

Sarah Meighan was 42 years old and was transported for "Stealing Flax". Sarah was a widow with 2 children, both were also transported. Bridget Meehan (Elizabeth 1828) and Mary Deering alias Ann Meegan/Ann Meigan (Forth 1830). 1828: Married John Campbell (Isabella 1822). NSW BDM: Records a death for a Sarah Campbell in 1840, aged 56.
