As Jane's husband (one she settled in VDL) was a farmer (see The Tasmanian - https://stors.tas.gov.au/RGD35-1-54p26j2k) her occupation would be Farmer's wife, not a possibility in your list, but a darned hard job!!

According to the surgeon's log, Jane's baby (Mary? certainly a daughter) was born on 29 June 1842 -page 9 - and that the baby was vaccinated aged 10 wks: https://tinyurl.com/2c7mahwm Re death: https://stors.tas.gov.au/RGD35-1-54p26j2k and https://tinyurl.com/yc48aedv Birth date taken from baptismal record on Ancestry: Liverpool, England, Catholic Baptisms, 1741-1919; St Mary Highfield Street ; page 27

Transported for feloniously receiving a velvet mantle the property of Sarah Holden and another. Seven Years. Aboard with a 4 month old baby, I think it's Mary O'Hara shown on the Orphan school records.
