IPSWICH COUNTY. SESSIONS, SATURDAY, July 2.- Before E. Godfrey, Esq. James Palmer, 25, and Joseph Buckingham, 23, charged with having stolen divers articles of wearing apparel, the property of James Jordan, pleaded guilty, and were each sentenced to be transported tor seven years. Ipswich Journal, 9 July 1836. On Tuesday se'nnight, the following convicts were removed from the County Gaol, Ipswich, to be put on board the Leviathan hulk Portsmouth: Joshua Eighteen and James Green, to be transported for life ; Robert and Wm. Marjoram, for 14 years; and James Scotchmer, William Turner, Charles Pennell, Robert Ditton, Jas. Palmer, and Joseph Buckingham, for 7 years. Bury and Norwich Post, 27 July 1836.
