Trial Record: Accused John Pugh; Parish: Wrexham (~); County: Denbigh; Status: Labourer (Amendments) Offence Theft of sheep, the sheepskin sold by prisoner to a Wrexham tanner. Prosecutor had been to see all the skinners in Wrexham to give notice of his loss. Location and date Parish: Wrexham; County: Denbigh; Date: 23 January 1830 Prosecutor Robert Barratt, Wrexham, farmer Plea Not guilty. Verdict Guilty. Punishment Death recorded.
