New South Wales, Australia, Convict Death Register, 1826-1879 James Rankine per ship Mangles 1840 age 36 died 14/12/1842 at Norfolk Island. There is a gravestone on Norfolk Island of a James Rankine buried 1842 age 41 at the Kingston Cemetery. very probably this man
