The record of the Lady Harewood transport to Van Diemansland, is a duplication. The Waterloo left two weeks prior to the Lady Harewood, and Charles Raven was on the Waterloo. All records for him are in NSW, none in Tasmania. He was not on the manifest for the Lady Harewood. Same crime, convicted same day, same sentence, same co-accused, James Hinton -Palmer. Charles Raven 1803- died in 1845 at Cliffdale House, Wingen, near Scone NSW. Accidentally killed.

This is a duplicate record for the same convict who actually arrived on the Waterloo, which departed three weeks prior to the Lady Harewood 1829. He doesn't appear on the manifest for the Lady Harwood, and all of his convict records are in NSW not Tasmania, where the Lady Harwood landed.
