William Robinson was convicted along with Hugh Earl of manslaughter. They were involved in the "Murderous Affray at Brocklewath" in which a man was killed. William was 5'9" tall, single, dark brown hair, hazel eyes, fresh complexion, stout, boil marks on left arm and leg, was literate and protestant. 15/5/1865: TOL 23/9/1869: CP at Newcastle, WA. 1865: Blacksmith for himself. Known areas: Toodyay 1872: Married Sarah Ann Meredith, they had 11 children. Sarah was a well known midwife in the area. William became a pastoralist in WA. No death date found.
