PARDON.
HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to be notified, that the Right Honorable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, has transmitted in his Despatch of the 30th June, 1845, No. 68, a Free Pardon which Her Majesty has been graciously pleased to grant to James Cox and Bryan Roveen, both by the ship ‘Eliza’ 3.
