Family connections for Thomas (Shaw) are: SHAW Thomas (Shaw) was born about 1798 & became a stonemason. He was tried at Cumberland Assizes Cumberlandshire, sentenced to 14years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 14 9 1818 after a voyage of 5.5months on ISABELLA. He seems to have had a wife Mary (Shaw) in 1822 who worked for Mr J (Oxley) at Emu Plains in 1822. She had a second relationship with Charles (Meyrick) her second? relationship & produced a child. She was Free by Servitude by 1822. She is recorded in musters 1811-1825 as Free by Servitude wife of Thomas (Shaw) at Bringelly. She married Thomas (Shaw) stonemason on 22 12 1828 at St Johns CofE Parramatta. She produced maybe at least 6children in her lifetime.
