Native Place: Kildare James was 5'8¾" tall, fair ruddy complexion, sandy hair, hazel eyes. 23/2/1837: TOL - Allowed to remain in the District of Maitland, on Recommendation of Port Macquarie Bench -- Altered to Penrith Sept. 1837. 27/2/1840: TOL - In Lieu of above.
