July 21 1817, Drunk and absent from his lodgings at night – to work for Govt. in his own time one week & confined at night. Aug 16 1817. Drunk – to sit 2 hours in the stocks. Nov 14 1817, Stealing boards the propy. of the Crown – 100 lashes & work for the Govt. in his own time 3 months. Nov 17 1817, Abusing Jno. Riddle for having given evidence against him – 3 mos. G. Gang.
