Francis Stapleton was convicted along with his brother Abraham Stapleton/alias West for stealing 2 horses. Both were transported per John 1832. 1840: TOL Raymond Terrace. 5/8/1841: TOL Passport, on the recommendation of the Raymond Terrace Bench. 15/7/1848: TOL Passport, on the recommendation of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, New England. 29/12/1848: COF Francis married Azuba Bell, they had 3 children. Azuba had been married to Thomas Barker in 1839 and they had 4 children, she then married John Parkinson and had 2 children. 1859: Francis died at Goulburn aged 46.
