Convict Notes
On Saturday last, the following convicts were forwarded from the gaol here to the hulks, preparatory their removal to New South Wales:—Charles Clifford and John Brady, each to be transported for life ; Wm Stephenson for 14 years ; and John Butler (the dashing traveller and Andrew Kennins, each for seven years. Durham County Advertiser, 6 May 1820.
