The following is a list of the persons tried and convicted at the last City Assizes, and the sentences pronounced upon them: Francis Murphy, Daniel Sullivan, James Fitzgerald, Margaret Shea, Elizabeth Coghlan, Honora Sullivan, Mary Murphy, Mary Carroll, John Regan, Elizabeth Field, Mary Mahony, Ann Curtin, Geo. Gough, Margaret Murphy. John Brian, and Thomas Harding—felony, to be transported for 7 years. ... Southern Reporter, 25 Aug 1825.




24/11/1826: Convicted at Sydney Criminal Court as Norah Sullivan per "Lady Rowena" 1826 of "repeated drunkness" and sentenced to "3rd class in the Factory [Parramatta] for one month". Sent to the Parramatta Female Factory from Sydney Gaol 6 December 1826.

Honora then married the widower, John Godard (Convict, Marquis of Wellington, 1815) in very late December 1828. He had a young family of 7.
