Thomas Kinsela, Matthew Torpin, Charles Hart, James Whiting, and Edward Maher were indicted for a larceny. The Jury found the prisoners Not Guilty. The same persons were indicted for a larceny and found Guilty; Kinsela and Torpin sentenced to be transported for 7 years.
