CAPITAL CONVICTIONS. Edward Tyler, for stealing two mares, the property of John Smith, of Pedrnore ; … were all found guilty and received sentence of death. They were all reprieved, however, before  the Judges departed, with the exception of White, the last-named culprit, who is left for execution.   Aris’s Birmingham Gazette, 24 July 1815.
