Family connections for Frances (Waller) are: WALLER Frances (Waller aka Dalby) was born about 1773. She arrived in NSW as an Irish convict on 26 9 1791 after a voyage of 6months on QUEEN. She was an emancipist when she married Bryan (Cunningham his second marriage) emancipist of Parramatta on 24 11 1800 at St Johns CofE Parramatta. She died in 1811 age38. He was tried at Dublin city, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 7 8 1793 after a voyage of 6months on BODDINGTONS. He married firstly Jane Catherine (Baker) on 13 4 1798 at St Johns CofE Parramatta. He died on 16 3 1802 age34 father of 2children & was buried at St Phillips CofE Sydney. In the colony, Frances married Bryan Cunningham (Irish Convict, 1793, "Boddingtons"). They married 24 November 1800 at Parramatta. Bryan Cunningham of the parish of Parramatta and Francis Waller were married in this church by banns this twenty fourth day of November in the year one thousand eight hundred by me Samuel Marsden. Both Bryan and Frances signed the register, Frances signing as "Francis" In the presence of Thomas Francis and Margret Buchee which signed the register. Bryan was a widower, with a young child. He had previously been married to Catherine Jane Baker (Irish Convict, 1796, "Marquis Cornwallis"). It would appear that Frances and Bryan did not have a family and Frances died in 1811.
