Folios 11-12, and 15: Elizabeth Welsh, aged 3 months, the child of Norah Welsh; disease or hurt, griping pains in the bowels, sometimes relaxed, sometimes costive, convulsions and an eruption of copper coloured, broad spots. Put on sick list, 13 November 1827. Died, 15 December 1827 [folio 15]. Folio 15: Elizabeth Welsh, aged 3 months, child of Norah Welsh, treatment 10 December 1827 until death, 15 December 1827. The Surgeon suspects that the mother had venereal disease when her child was conceived.
