2 convictions at same Antrim assizes on same date for theft one after other ... this is a father & son on different counts and dates of offence . Both came Sydney on the Isabella at same time ,both sentenced to 7 yrs . John jnr is well recorded thru ancestry and had 13 children despite being charged with murder 2 months after cert of freedom . .John Jnr was 5’6” tall,fair complexion ,hair brown ,eyes hazel.One was convicted for theft of a shovel + a chook , other was for stealing a key in company of others also charged….no differentiation in court to jnr /snr however. ....copies of court sentencing available on request.
