Noted against name; Died at Patrick Plains on the 25th December 1832. Letter dated 18 Jan 1833 ------------------------ 1830 - 31 Aug. Ticket of Leave. Written across the ticked; Torn up 21 January 1833 on its receipt from the Darlington Bench who reported that Whelan died on the 25th of Apoplexy
