From the New South Wales Gazette 24th February 1846 The Tickets of Leave, of the undermentioned Prisoners of the Crown, have been cancelled for the reasons stated opposite their respective names. 24/10/1839 Liverpool Mail Lancashire, England: LIVERPOOL MICHAELMAS SESSIONS Hosier Williams, for breaking into the dwelling-house of John Hitchmouth, and stealing three shirts. Listed as Hosier Williams and also Jose Williams. Hosier was 25 years old on arrival : Native place: Pennsylvania. Hosier could read, was catholic, single, 5'6" tall, black complexion, black and woolley hair, black eyes, scar on right eyebrow, another on chin, woman inside lower right arm, scar inside right wrist, mark of a boil back of lower left arm, scar outside small of right leg ; man of color. 1846: TOL Moreton bay. 1846: TOL Queanbeyan.
