The guard consists of Captain Bull (with Mrs. Bull, 4 children, and 1 female servant), and 30 rank and file of the 99th Regt., - 4 women, and 6 children. Colonial Times (Hobart) 25 Oct 1842.

Prisoner discharged from H M Gaols, Hobart & Launceston, week ending 20 Sept 1871 and 16 Sept 1871. George Wilson, per Kinnear, F.S., tried at Oatlands, on 17 July 1871, for indecency, received 1 month, native place is Sussex, age 66 yrs, 5 feet 3 1/2 inches high, grey hair, scar on upper lip (left).
