Prisoner discharged from H M Gaols, Hobart & Launceston, week ending 20 Sept 1871 and 16 Sept 1871. George Wilson, per Kinnear, F.S., tried at Oatlands, on 17 July 1871, for indecency, received 1 month, native place is Sussex, age 66 yrs, 5 feet 3 1/2 inches high, grey hair, scar on upper lip (left). Tasmania Police Gazette, 22nd Sept 1871, p153.
