James Woodgate and his brother Israel, and cousin George Woodgate were all indicted and sentenced to death. All arrived on the Norfolk.
James and Israel were the sons of Robert Woodgate and Elizabeth Moore. (George the son of Richard Woodgate and Rachel Wright).
1829: TOL Bathurst
1839: Married Margaret Godfrey at Abercrombie/Bathurst.
1847: James died at the age of 54 at Bathurst.
26/3/1847: James Woodgate, Farmer - died intestate and the intestate’s effects to be granted to Margaret Woodgate being the widow and next of kin. (Supreme Court).
