stole shoes from a dwelling house. prior for stealing nuts, 14 days and flogged once for grapes he was a labourer and jobbing smith of two years duration. aged 18. transported on Blenheim. conditional pardon 1842. free certificate 1843. Daniel married four times and in his will he left a substantial property to his sons.
