The Proceedings of the old Bailey 1st - 174. EDWARD SHEPHERD was indicted for stealing, on the 15th of December, 2 watches, value 29l., the goods of John Edmonds and another...... GUILTY .—Aged 37. 2nd - 175. EDWARD SHEPHERD was again indicted for stealing, on the 3rd of November, 1 watch, value 11l., the goods of James Thomas Packer ..... JAMES HOWELL . This was pawned by the prisoner on the 3rd of November. GUILTY . Aged 37— Transported for Seven Years. 2nd -176. EDWARD SHEPHERD was again indicted for stealing, on the 4th of September, 1 guard-chain, value 4l. 15s. the goods of Richard Chitty. JAMES HOWELL . I produce the chain which was pledged by the prisoner. GUILTY .
