Frances was transferred from Exeter Castle Gaol on 11/04/1789 to be embarked on the Lady Juliana bound for Port Jackson, NSW.

She was subsequently sent to Norfolk Island with some other women. There she gave birth to a daughter Sarah (father unknown, but possibly a member of the NSW Corps). However, Sarah died on 23/10/1795 aged 4 years old.

Frances returned to Port Jackson on board HMS Supply in November 1795, but returned to Norfolk Island the following year.
