George was transported on the ship “Coromandel” and arrived in the colony 11th June 1802.

In the colony, he married Sarah Ann Frederick in 1808. at St Phillips, Sydney.
Sarah Ann came free on the “Glatton” in 1803.
They had a large family of 12 children between 1809 and 1829.
