Departed Portsmouth, England on 29 July 1789, via Cape of Good Hope for Port Jackson, New South Wales, Australia on 3 June 1790. 1790 voyage carried 226 female passengers (convicts)- 5 of whom died on the trip. 6 children also on board. Significant because it was the first ship to bring all female women to the Colony.

LEWIS SANDERS and JANE his wife , alias JANE NORRIS , were indicted, for that they, on the 20th of April , did take away, with intent to steal, imbezzle and purloin, three check curtain, value 6 s. a bolster, value 5 s. a looking-glass, value 2 s. a tea kettle, value 1 s. a candlestick, value 6 d. the property of Magdalen Hunter , in a lodging room . The prisoner Jane pawned the things. LEWIS SAUNDERS , NOT GUILTY . JANE SAUNDERS , GUILTY . Transported for seven years . Tried by the second Middlesex Jury before Mr. Justice HEATH.
