Merge Crimes And Occupations Update

We have made some adjustments to the functionality of our merging page.

Previously, when you selected "merge" from the Crimes/Occupations page, you would pick what would be merged into that item.

Now, you will be selecting the original item and choosing what it will be merged into. This change is designed to make the merging process more straightforward and user-friendly. We have also updated the details on the page to be more informative.
