SUPREME COURT- Criminal Sins. | Monday, November 6-Before the Acting Chief Justice and a Civil Jury. John Axlill and Joseph Docker, runaway Convicts, were indicted for stealing some bedding and sundry other articles, from the dwelling-house of William Morgan, at Jervis Bay, one John Oliver being therein put in bodily fear. The prisoners entered s hut occupied by one of Mr. Morgan's assigned servant, and tied his hands behind him, and then plundered it of a quantity of property. Guilty-Death recorded.
