Fremantle Hospital. — The following is the report of the Fremantle Government Hospital for the week ended on Saturday,
November 6: — Admitted 17 (including five typhoid cases), discharged 11, died 1, remaining under treatment.
The death referred to was that of Nicholas Meluish, aged 77 years, who died Friday last from chronic Bright’s disease and pneumonia.
Nothing is known of the deceased before the fact that he was admitted to the hospital from Canvas Town on the previous Sunday, and that he leaves no relatives in the country.
