We’re excited to introduce the Convict Image Upload feature! You can now upload and attach images to individual convicts, bringing their stories to life. Whether it’s historical sketches, official documents, or photos of related artifacts.

Crime And Occupation Search

We’ve introduced a search feature on Crime and Occupation! Now, you can easily explore convicts associated with specific crimes or occupations. This update makes it simpler than ever to uncover the stories behind the convicts.

Voyages Cleanup

The ship Alexander has received a bit of a spruce up.

Previously, voyages aboard the Alexander (First Fleet) were split into two records, which was producing a dreaded 404 error on one of the records.

This has now been rectified, and voyages have been consolidated.

We've also been busy tidying up the design of Convict Records; some of the highlights include:

• Search voyages by the ship name
• A reorganisation of the convict page
• Added a FAQ page
• Touched up the about page
• Optimising the performance of some of the slower pages
• Lots of design improvements, especially for mobile devices

Merge Crimes And Occupations Update

We have made some adjustments to the functionality of our merging page.

Previously, when you selected "merge" from the Crimes/Occupations page, you would pick what would be merged into that item.

Now, you will be selecting the original item and choosing what it will be merged into. This change is designed to make the merging process more straightforward and user-friendly. We have also updated the details on the page to be more informative.

🔹 Governor Level Users will now have enhanced management capabilities, including the ability to:

• Create new Crimes and Occupations
• Update existing ones
• Merge existing Crimes and Occupations seamlessly
